Restorative yoga has been said to be the dessert of all yoga styles! Using Many props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health. All ages, levels of experience, and all states of health are welcome. A 60 minute class of soothing and well-supported yoga poses to take you into a deep relaxation. The class consists of about 6 postures using blankets, bolsters and blocks. The more you can relax into the postures the greater the benefit you will receive.

Entura means “into the energy.” In this fun class we will attune to nature in a short outdoor walk, then return to the studio to draw with soft pastels. The drawings will be interpretations of what you felt while you were outside. Art supplies are provided, and drawing experience is not required.
