Strengthen and Stretch

Build strength, improve posture, and leave feeling lengthened in this balanced 45-minute class. The first 30 minutes focus on targeted strength work using equipment such as the barre, Pilates ball, light weights, and resistance bands to sculpt the core, glutes, legs, and upper body. The final 15 minutes transition into a guided stretch session designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and support recovery.
