Linking the body and breath with traditional yoga postures, and movements to synchronize the mind, body and spirit. Each movement connects to the next creating a dance like

and intuitive flow. Modifications are provided for ease of movement, or to challenge yourself if you’re up for it. All levels welcome. 60 minutes.
