Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

The Ashtanga Vinyasa is a practice of harnessing the breath to quiet the mind and strengthen the body. This ancient practice uses the bandas, breath and drishti (eye gaze) to create transformation. Suited for all levels, in this practice all levels meet on the mat to share the love of the practice. We lengthen and strengthen our bodies while relaxing and finding the flow of vinyasa. There is a place on the mat for everyone within this practice
